Spanish Cove really rolled out the red carpet this morning for Friday Coffee. Full breakfast, and that means full! Don Blose introduced the Board Members.

Lance Haggard, Yukon Public Schools, introduced Harvard of the Plains, aka, SWOSU Superintendents. They have partnered with Yukon to offer degrees to school employees and classes for students.
Sherry Murray, County Clerk, announced she is running for reelection to her post.
Sheriff, Chris West, also announced he is honored to be Sheriff of Canadian County, and is seeking reelection. He also gave highly positive feedback to State Senator Stephanie Bice.
Roy Privott, long time Yukon and Cove resident, said living at the Cove is like living in a resort. He says they have so many activities they stay busy.
Civilla Ball shared that she was born in Yukon, in a house on 6th Street, which is still there. She described the land where Spanish Cove now sits as pasture with cows, horses, rabbits, and other wildlife when she was growing up.
