This Year’s Guest Speaker is Charles McCall

The Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast is scheduled for 7:30 am on Friday, April 24, at the Dale
Robertson Center, located at 1200 Lakeshore Dr.
This year’s guest speaker is Charles McCall. Charles McCall is Oklahoma’s longest-
serving Speaker of the House and a fifth-generation Oklahoman. First elected in 2012
and chosen as Speaker in 2016, McCall made history as the first Republican from
House District 22 and the first GOP Speaker from Southeastern Oklahoma.
Alongside his public service, McCall has served as CEO and Board Chairman of
AmeriState Bank in Atoka, a fourth-generation family bank. Before joining the
Legislature, he was elected Mayor of Atoka and served on several regional authorities
focused on infrastructure, economic development, and water resources.
McCall earned a finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and completed the
Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Charles and his wife, Stephanie Ann McCall, a former elementary school teacher, have
been married 31 years. They have two sons, Chase and Carson, and are active
members of Cornerstone Church in Atoka.
Tickets for the Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast are $25 per person in advance and $30 per
person at the door. Advanced tickets are on sale now, and are available at Yukon City
Hall, 500 W. Main St., or online at www.yukonok.gov/catalog. Seating is limited, so
make sure you get your tickets early.
